I want to open a bakery. Help?
Well. I wanted a cupcake shop. Because I really like the smallness of them, decoration, and I look very cute ... and tasty. But I've been seeing a lot of baking experience with entertainment and baked goods. So I think what I want do is open a store that specializes in pastries (such as fancy cakes, like wedding cakes, cakes made to look like an object, etc.) but also sell pies, cakes, pies, cinnamon buns, cinnamon twists, croissants, muffins, etc etc, and above that sell specialty drinks, including gourmet hot chocolate, smoothies tasty, and a few things that I invented. (: I was wondering what anyone thought of this idea that I'm 100% sure of having my own store? And bake sale. I I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to do a business plan, but now I'm recalling the ideas. Thanks!
Child anything is possible if you put your mind it. Now, to start your business need to put your heart into it. There is much that goes into running a store. Much more important if we want a store big. However, to make preparation for business studies at university. Also try to study culinary arts and cooking / oven as well. Sure I say the name once you decide to do this can really fly.
