Is it appropriate to give your boss a Christmas gift?
Hello. I was hired as a temporary employee of the season, but my boss took me aside for some days and he said he is very impressed with my work ethic and he will keep after the holidays. I was so happy to hear this because I needed a job! lol. But anyway, I wondered, if given a small gift to show thanks and I am in the holiday spirit is apppropriate. The gift is one Giftset. It has two cups on it and two boxes of chocolate, hot chocolate double. Therefore it is appropriate or not seems like I'm trying too hard?
I think that a small gift is always appropriate. If you spend a lot of money, might make you uncomfortable, but nobody is going to get stomach more than two cups and some hot chocolate!
