Chocolate Motivation
.) Nothing worth having is ever easy. I had no idea how hard it was to find a way to make chocolate and Once discovered, the difficulty of his time in the amazing deal now love! The grains grow only in a certain part of the world, and the trees are very fragile and difficult to cultivate. Once you manage to cultivate cacao trees, the seeds are harvested, roasted and shelled, then ground to form cocoa liquor. The liquor is pressed to squeeze the cocoa butter. Later, the cocoa butter was put back (if it is a good chocolate). Some things have been added, then the mixture is conched (or mixed with a conching machine) for up to 3 days at temperatures between 140 and 167 degrees! Then it must be warm (or cold) only right and then molded. Disorder in any way and the whole batch is ruined. Holy cow! Who knew?
.) Persistence is the key to success. Milton Hershey failed in his first two candy making business. He blew it, lost everything twice! If I stopped then, never had a Hershey bar or a Hershey kiss!
.) Have a passion, something in your life or your work who are excited. Milton Hershey became passionate about helping young people whose parents could not care for them. The benefits of the chocolate company helped these children have a better life. Your school is still operating today. Forrest Mars wanted build an empire that was passionate about selling their products worldwide. The number one selling chocolate bar in the world today? Mars bar. The passion keeps us commitment and passion fuels all great achievements. What are you passionate? If the answer is nothing, you must be connected to something. Otherwise you will lose the opportunity if all you can and enjoy your trip.
.) Tasting Stop eating and start. I love chocolate (actually I love most foods) and I've been eating since childhood. But I never tried it. I went to my first taste of Hershey chocolate (which is much like wine tasting), where they told me using all my senses, and even listen to the chocolate and tasting squares that was broken. The darker the chocolate, the most distinctive of pressure. Chocolate Milk is too soft to really easy. I learned that a cocoa tree grown by an orange tree can actually absorb some of the citrus flavors that can be tasted in the resultant chocolate. Chocolate from different regions have different flavors. Who knew? But here's the biggest lesson-that go through the tasting of food and no life. We are so quick to reach the next step, the big problem comes at the end of the day, wedding, whatever, that we take under all the nuances, all the rich details of the moment. Spring is a season of great taste that counts flowers, birds singing, this beautiful world we take for granted. Eat a piece of fresh fruit and juice taste, color, texture. There are more than all of what appears, and we are usually too fast to notice.
.) Go deeper. I am always amazed by people who do not read, visiting the same places, which have virtually ceased to learn something new about themselves or the world. For me this is like going through life with eyes closed. By the time you learn something new, their world expands. And it's exciting! Now, when you eat chocolate, I think Milton Hershey and his struggles in making it, or I as an M & M and remember how difficult it was to get Americans to buy at first. I try to enjoy really what I eat and what they mean "mouth feel" means that when a Lindt truffle melts in your mouth. Pick anything that interests you and deepen learn about it. If it is a person, I ask them about their childhood or what your dreams are-there is more to the world and everything in it! Do not let the demands of their time to keep in the shallows of life.
.) Have fun! I can not associate with fun chocolate. I saw no sad face to the Chocolate World in Hershey. Adults and children alike were having a blast - it was like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory without the creepiness factor. Somehow we have come to think the chocolate so bad (except for limited amounts of dark chocolate for health benefits), and we are too busy to have fun. Who can lose time in a chocolate tasting where there is e-mail to check? Law, which can waste time living where there is work to be done? Trust me, always will work, but the real fun is increasingly difficult for us to find. Or perhaps we allow ourselves to find. Sitting in the theater in the world of chocolate in the form bubble down from the ceiling and 3D pieces Reese flew out of the screen who laughed with pleasure. When was the last time you laughed with pleasure? If you can not remember, has been too long.
.) Do not take things for granted. Did you know that the regions where cacao trees grow has been experiencing drought and overuse? Some types of cocoa beans are almost extinct? Can you imagine a world without chocolate? Now, it is clear that it is too horrible to contemplate for long. And Milton Hershey would be aghast, his vision was to make available the chocolate, not just something for the very wealthy, and that's what he did with his original Hershey bar. We take many things for granted-our loved ones, our health, chocolate. Nothing is forever, to savor now. Seize the day, eating chocolate!
