What sweets are sold in the U.S. alone or sold in the U.S. but not in the UK?
My friend who lives in Britain and I are planning sending each other delights that are unique (sort of!) to our own countries. She lives in England, I live in the United States. However, I struggling to think of what to send! Maybe some type of treatment that can be said that people do in the U.S.? For example, I wanted to send "White Trash ", for those of you who do not know is things like peanuts, pretzels, M & Ms, Chex, all mixed and covered with a thin layer of white chocolate. It is delish (as Rachel Ray would say). Any ideas?
Most things are in both countries, but now Hershey's always good because it is difficult to get here. Hostess products are also rare. Jolly ranchers, 3 Musketeers, Tootsie rolls, nerds, pop rocks, protectors of life and interventions kool are also difficult to find.
